Jason Lewis was amazing! I had several work related conflicts with my original appointment and Jason was always professional and accommodating. Also, my C8 tech on 8/13/26 provided a detailed video of the work and showed me my car from underneath as he checked each and every items. Best service experience so far. I don't have the best credit I didn't have the most money these people put me in the car a new car when I wanted to use one but I got a better deal better service and Nate is the bomb and so is your Finance guys and they're just absolutely wonderful

Christine was absolutely fantastic. No pressure but represented Chevy very well. She knew the product well and was quick to share her knowledge. We never intended to drive home in a brand new Traverse but Christine made it happen staying late to send us home with a brand new Chevy. Jenkins is lucky to have someone who knows the product and how to work with customers seeing our individual needs were met.

Booked a recall online. Easy drop off. I will say a $95 oil change on a Chevy Traverse was a little salty but great customer service.

Just had an excellent service visit with the team at Jenkins. Jared, our advisor, was very helpful, explaining the multipoint checkup process, tire rotation, safety bulletin repair, and expectation for timing. The video summary of the vehicle condition by the technician was a terrific bonus that gave us for an up close, under the car view of its status. What a great way to show customer’s the condition of their car. I would highly recommend this team for future service visits!

Consistency. I dropped truck off at 2:45 and they called before 4:00 that it was ready. Service writer was nice. $160+ is a little pricy for a (diesel) oil change. I will find more cost effective options after the warranty is up.
I was broke down on 75 south coming back from the doctors office in Sarasota Called tow truck .they scooped it up safely 2022 Chevrolet Silverado. Service was great picked up truck the next afternoon That's true statement thanks

Advisor Jason was friendly and knowledgeable. Oil change and tire rotation were completed in an acceptable time frame. I liked the informative video of the inspection of the tires, wheels, and brakes. I will go back again in the future.

After my 2024 Blazer failed the start it was flat bedded to Jenkins Chevrolet in Venice at the recommendations of Tom the driver. I road with Tom to Jenkins Chevrolet and had very nice conversion with him. Jenkins took the Blazer in immediately and determined that the problem was the fuel pump control module. Jason Lewis service advisor took care of everything (invoice #613899) explains everything needed to be done. The Blazer was repaired and on the road again. I can't say enough good for how I was treated by Jenkins Chevrolet and Jason Lewis.
