Exceptional service!

Jenkins Chevrolet of Venice is AWESOME! They truly are a full-service auto care facility! They run a tight ship, so you get in and out as quickly as possible, and you are treated like a welcomed guest as you wait. I wasn't expecting to receive a VIDEO OF MY CAR'S INSPECTION, but that is what I received in a text message -- a link to visual proof of what the service tech checked. I also received a complete list of all the things needed and completed, beyond the regular inspection. Jenkins is definitely my go-to auto service business!

I was able to get my vehice towed and repaired for free, doesnt get any better than that ! Didnt have an appointment and was fixed the next day !



Everyone is very nice. They had a lot of customers today so I dropped my car off at 10:15 this morning but couldn't pick up until late afternoon. I did set another appointment to fix the issues with my car. Today they changed the oil and rotated the tires.

Jenkins Chevy is absolutely the best dealership auto repair center around. They always get my vehicle issues addressed immediately. I call other closer Chevy dealerships (Sunset Chevy) and it is always a hassle to even get an appointment to see what is wrong, usually 2-3 weeks out and another week to repair. NOT Jenkins Chevy, same day appointment and same day reapirs!! This is my third experience and it is always amazing and a huge stress relief.

Great service visit Cierra help us out took care of oil change and new wipers we needed. We had a damaged windshield and she even contacted insurance and set up time to check it out all under our insurance. We have been using this dealer for years and always a great experience!!

So I bought the most expensive truck I have ever purchased expecting the truck to have the the standard specs. A 2024 2500 LT diesel. The first problem was the truck had a lowered payload capacity which was never disclosed. Now I discovered the truck has a smaller fuel tank than what is standard which was never disclosed. This Chevy dealership really helped me out in a pinch. The service advisor, Jason Lewis, was able to provide emergency repairs to my vehicle. He went above and beyond and provided a customer service that exceeded my expectations. I was out of state, and on vacation, and even though this wasn’t my home dealership, he treated me as if I were Family. My 3rd new car from Jenkins! My salesman was Timothy Churchill. I checked in on their inventory March 24th. I was looking at turning in my Chevrolet Traverse which I leased. I decided to look into a 2025 Chevrolet Equinox. It's a little bit smaller without a 3rd bench seat. The storage space is still more than adequate. Recently I bought a used 2022 Chevy Trax from Jenkins Chevrolet. Greyson was my sale's rep. Awesome guy. I met Dave as well. Definitely if you need a new car head there way. Yesterday I took my Trax in for service because of a few issues. Both weren't covered by warranty. The costly fix was covered by Jenkins. Thank you! What a great group of people there. Got what I was looking for. However, was missing things included in the sale and takes weeks/months to get them. Make sure you read everything included and see it on the vehicle.

Avoid this dealer. Ordered parts which I was forced to pay in advance and was told I would get a call when they came in. 3 weeks later still no call. Why? The parts were never ordered. Two more weeks no parts and had to make a bigs stink to get a refund. Find a reputable dealer, this isn’t one.

I dropped off my car with a check engine light on Thursday and received a call on Tuesday that my car was done. I picked up my car at 8:00 and drove two miles down the road and the light came back on, turned around went back and Jason said that they would get it right in and I should be out of there in an hour.

I would not recommend the service department. I have a noise coming from the drivers side window especially at higher speed. I made an appointment for Jenkins Chevrolet to diagnose the problem which they suggested replacing the weather stripping around the window. Brought my car back in for another scheduled appointment for them to replace and after 6 days the weather stripping was finally replaced. This did not fix the issue at all and still getting a loud noise. I’ve tried contacting Jenkins Chevrolet multiple times through phone calls and text but have not received a call or text back.

Had a pleasant experience working with Dave.. He was patient with our questions and made himself available even on his day off. Will contact him again next time.

My salesman Tim Churchill helped me purchase my 2025 Tahoe from Michigan. From the salesman to the financial dept everyone was awesome and it went so smooth. So i would recommend Tim and staff to help no matter what state your in!great job everyone!

Make sure if you buy a car new or used and invest in an extended warranty through GMC that you read the fine print or research problems specifically with the torque converter on any of their vehicles. We bought one and the warranty company specifically stated that they weren't covered under the warranty. We bought a traverse. Horrible experience! Dropped my corvette off on December 10 for an a/c repair that I know & verified through other Vette mechanics should’ve only taken a week at most! This dealership uses a lot of Buts ands, And unfortunately. Not much on customer satisfaction. They are no different than any other place. They double talk, promise and under deliver like no other. After charging $185.00/hr to check the starter

BUYERS BEWARE!! Jenkins website advertised MSRP is not honored. They added over 7000 dollars to the vehicle price as a dealer adjusted price. They then tried to apply my personal 7500 dollar EV tax credit to get the price down to MSRP without telling me until I questioned the fact I would not be getting a tax break. On September 3rd. I purchased a 2023 Buick Encore. My sales person was Viktoria Tapal. She did a, great job. Then I met with Mr. Cloud for financing. BEWARE OF THE JENKINS PACKAGE SCAM. Unfortunately I fell victim to this scam and didn't catch it at the dealership. Online price was listed 55k then they will throw in a Jenkins package which is nothing more than window tint, floor mats and a couple other items. The package raised the price from 55k to 65k almost. The service “advisors” do not have a clue. I am having an electrical problem with my wives vehicle and stop by Wednesday afternoon to set up an appointment. Advisor set up an appointment for 3:15 Thursday. I left work early and when I arrived I was told it would take several hours to find and repair the electrical problem and would have to leave the car. My original experience overall was extremely bad dealing with their General Sales Manager Chris. Unfortunately, the Sales Manager Tommy got stuck in the middle of some overall unprofessional decisions made after our original signed agreement was completed.

Used True Car buying service for a corvette price on the buying service from this dealership was 200.00 under invoice when I called to close the deal they wanted 40000.00 over invoice and would not honor the price they agreed upon with True car buying service and would not return their call or mine what a greedy and dishonest dealership

Absolutely ridiculous! They have a Corvette advertised on their website for $79065. Called to inquire about it and was planning on making the drive down to look at it until they told the price is actually $129900. False advertising is no legal Jenkins Chevrolet. Deceptive practices by this dealership wasted my time. I talked to Mike Trapani about buying a vehicle. We discussed the price, I asked if there was a premium on the vehicle and he told me no. Once I got all my trade and other information to him through multiple conversations (7 hours later) he sent a buyers order with a $10,000 mark up on the vehicle. $5,000 market adjustment and $5,000 non-negotiable "dealer services". Went in to order a new Colorado pickup only to find out they wouldn't deal on an order without $10,000 in extra markups. $5000 in a mandatory Jenkins option package and another $5000 in just plain markups since there's a shortage in vehicles. Plus 12 weeks waiting. Total rip off. Bought new from Ferman Chevy w/o markups.

Apparently the pandemic is over. A few plexi glass in front of the workers but when I went into the waiting room there were 7 people unmasked, no social distance and many out in the lobby in the way of being able to check in for car maintenance safely.
