Advisor Jason was friendly and knowledgeable. Oil change and tire rotation were completed in an acceptable time frame. I liked the informative video of the inspection of the tires, wheels, and brakes. I will go back again in the future.
Everyone here is great to work with and that’s hard to find. David in sales is who I always work with and he’s great at what he does and makes it an enjoyable experience. After my 2024 Blazer failed the start it was flat bedded to Jenkins Chevrolet in Venice at the recommendations of Tom the driver. I road with Tom to Jenkins Chevrolet and had very nice conversion with him. Jenkins took the Blazer in immediately and determined that the problem was the fuel pump control module. Jason Lewis service advisor took care of everything (invoice #613899) explains everything needed to be done. The Blazer was repaired and on the road again. I can't say enough good for how I was treated by Jenkins Chevrolet and Jason Lewis.
Jan the mechanic was phenomenal, I thought my CV joint head went on my Chevy Silverado. When I brought it in they called me a few hours later to let me know it was not my CV joint it was my rotors rubbing they were extremely corroded. Rather than charging me for both a couple thousand dollars, they gave me a reasonable price to replace my rotors and front brakes. Done in a timely manner.
I also really really liked the extremely professional video he took of my undercarriage showing that nothing else was wrong.

Professional, courteous. Timely, quick appointments Jared was very nice and smiley. This place gave me an out the door quote AND stick to rhst, unlike Gettel Buick, Chevrolet of Punta Gorda. And my mirrors were in the exact position I had them placed in.

Final review pending... Truck went back days later with same problem. AC malfunctioning. Maybe I am spoiled, but my dealer in Texas always ran my car through their car wash before releasing it back to me. This time I got a dust covered truck from their storage lot.

My 1st scheduled service with Jenkins was great and quick.
Service advisor did his job well. I had the “Shift To Park” shifter issue repaired which is a well documented TSB problem that I am filing for a goodwill assistance or reimbursement case with GM. I disagree with the Chevy standard claim that cup holder leaks probably cause the $1,100.00 problem. My Blazer was not cleaned up at all even though everything on my back floor was placed on the seat? All the other Chevy dealers I’ve used over the past 30 years clean up the car for you after service.

I picked up a screw in my tire… that was not repairable and leaving town in the morning. Everyone at Jenkins jumped through hoops to find a tire in town and had me on the road in about 2 hours…. THANKS TO ALL

I grew up with a father who owned his own auto repair shop. And witnessed alot of dealerships who took advantage of people. So I have always been very cautious of trusting one. Jenkins is one I have grown to trust and never once have I ever felt I was being taken advantage of. My recent repair was quoted from another dealership for 3000.00. Excellent buying experience, I drove 3 hours one way for the vehicle I wanted and had a trade in. I expected to get there and get jerked around over price or low balled on my trade or be held hostage for hours. Everyone there was so nice and truck was as priced, got what I wanted for my trade. So I bought the most expensive truck I have ever purchased expecting the truck to have the the standard specs. A 2024 2500 LT diesel. The first problem was the truck had a lowered payload capacity which was never disclosed. Now I discovered the truck has a smaller fuel tank than what is standard which was never disclosed. I told them I was buying the truck for road trips. I really thought these people were good but everything after the purchase has gone south. took truck in for a airbag recall and when got it back my dash was cracked were they installed it, i pointed it out to them, first said they didnt do it then told me they told me this could happen which was never told to me or i would have told them dont do it, so here i am my truck is worse now then when i dropped it off, AVOID THIS PLACE

Got what I was looking for. However, was missing things included in the sale and takes weeks/months to get them. Make sure you read everything included and see it on the vehicle.
Avoid this dealer. Ordered parts which I was forced to pay in advance and was told I would get a call when they came in. 3 weeks later still no call. Why? The parts were never ordered. Two more weeks no parts and had to make a bigs stink to get a refund. Find a reputable dealer, this isn’t one.

I dropped off my car with a check engine light on Thursday and received a call on Tuesday that my car was done. I picked up my car at 8:00 and drove two miles down the road and the light came back on, turned around went back and Jason said that they would get it right in and I should be out of there in an hour.
seven hour later the car was still not fixed.
At that point I decided that the service department was completely incompetent and took my car.

I would not recommend the service department. I have a noise coming from the drivers side window especially at higher speed. I made an appointment for Jenkins Chevrolet to diagnose the problem which they suggested replacing the weather stripping around the window. Brought my car back in for another scheduled appointment for them to replace and after 6 days the weather stripping was finally replaced. This did not fix the issue at all and still getting a loud noise. I’ve tried contacting Jenkins Chevrolet multiple times through phone calls and text but have not received a call or text back.
Had a pleasant experience working with Dave.. He was patient with our questions and made himself available even on his day off. Will contact him again next time.

Make sure if you buy a car new or used and invest in an extended warranty through GMC that you read the fine print or research problems specifically with the torque converter on any of their vehicles. We bought one and the warranty company specifically stated that they weren't covered under the warranty. We bought a traverse. There is a class action lawsuit dealing with issues specifically for this being heard in March. Ours is failing and we were told it's our problem. Horrible experience! Dropped my corvette off on December 10 for an a/c repair that I know & verified through other Vette mechanics should’ve only taken a week at most! It’s now going into a month and they still have my car! I’ve been told several times it’ll be ready at end of the week. I’ve asked to speak to a manager several times with no call backs! BUYERS BEWARE!! Jenkins website advertised MSRP is not honored. They added over 7000 dollars to the vehicle price as a dealer adjusted price. They then tried to apply my personal 7500 dollar EV tax credit to get the price down to MSRP without telling me until I questioned the fact I would not be getting a tax break. On September 3rd. I purchased a 2023 Buick Encore. My sales person was Viktoria Tapal. She did a, great job. Then I met with Mr. Cloud for financing. We were at the dealership for approximately five hours. We were very tired and signed the papers. BEWARE OF THE JENKINS PACKAGE SCAM. Unfortunately I fell victim to this scam and didn't catch it at the dealership. Online price was listed 55k then they will throw in a Jenkins package which is nothing more than window tint, floor mats and a couple other items. The package raised the price from 55k to 65k almost.
