Friendly staff , it makes take a few day to get your vehicle in but I believe it’s because you get great service. That’s rare today.

I drive 20 miles past a competitor to have my car serviced at Jenkins. And it is worth it, they do a great job.
All went well as far as getting the truck there and having the service done. I had an issue with the pricing and after review, Jenkins got on it and confirmed that there was an error made. They apologized for the error and credited my account accordingly. I appreciate their customer service representative, Dawn, and her looking into my situation and rectifying it.
I brought my car in because my brakes were making a squeaking sound. The service representative was very friendly and took care of me in a timely manner. After checking out the car they told me everything was ok and charged me nothing. The sound went away. I was very satisfied with my experience at Jenkins and will go back.
My 2021 Suburban was experiencing a few minor issues recently that I assumed were electrical. I was concerned because two years ago, while still under warranty, Jenkins had to replace bent push rods and half my engine. Unfortunately, it is no longer under warranty and I agreed to the $199 diagnostic fee. I was holding my breath waiting to hear what the problem was and how much it was going to cost to fix it! It was a pleasant experience. The service was fast and efficient. The person who served me (Jason) was attentive, friendly and had good communication. The establishment was very clean and comfortable, making your wait pleasant with snacks and treats.

I recently stopped in and spoke with John Piroli. There wasn’t anything available on that day but John called on Thursday with a car he thought might work. And he spent a lot of time with me and my wife and we purchased a 2019 Honda Passport which is an excellent choice and suits our needs. My original experience overall was extremely bad dealing with their General Sales Manager Chris. Unfortunately, the Sales Manager Tommy got stuck in the middle of some overall unprofessional decisions made after our original signed agreement was completed. This caused my mother several stressful and complicated issues with their sales department. However, the overall General Manager Ken is an upfront and honest man. We were able to discuss and come to an agreement to redeem the situation for her moving forward and Tommy was helpful along the way.
