It took a while to get my service appointment but I was in and out in one hour

From the time we walked into the door till the time we left, we were treated like family. Our salesman Jesse was great and easy to work with. He listened to all of our concerns and I believe we got an awesome price for the Camaro we bought. They also have us a fair deal on our trade in. We will be back to buy another car for our daughter.

I have been looking for a Tahoe for sometime. I’ve went to several dealerships where I felt I was baited in to buy other vehicles and treated very unprofessionally. The moment I called Jenkins Chevrolet and spoke with Chris Langlois he made me feel comfortable. He took the time and explained in depth that he would work hard for me and getting me in a vehicle that I would love. I drove 45 minutes north and I must say from the moment I met him he was very professional, very straightforward. He wasn’t even scared to sit in the passenger seat while I test drove the vehicle (never happens). He made me feel comfortable as I was very nervous and making a big purchase. By the time I left, I left feeling grateful at ease that he and his team worked so hard and made the process so smooth and joyful. He sent me a text congratulating me the day I left, as well as the day after checking in on how much I loved my vehicle, adding personable to list of things, he offered. I will recommend Chris and his team hands-down to anyone that is looking for a vehicle.

Took my truck in for tire repair. Ended up getting the full tire rotation and oil change in a very timely fashion. Got right in and right out with a appointment I acquired last minute which was very helpful. Very friendly workers and very nice new waiting room for service customers with water and coffee. Play area for kids also major plus. Overall great experience and exceptional service!!

Eric in the service department twice has gotten my little sonic in for service on short notice and expedited the repair. My Chevy dealer in Wisconsin recommended I use a Chevy dealer in Venice. Very good advice.

Excellent service however expect nothing less. I waited for my vehicle which took a little longer than usual as it is a Corvette Z06 and requires more TLC. Jerad was my Service advisor very Professional and pleasant. Highly recommend Jenkins Chevrolet of Venice.

The entire staff is amazing. Chris Langlois was our salesman and not only did he go above and beyond for us, he actually treated us like we mattered and weren’t just a commission to him. The whole experience with everyone at the dealership made us feel like family and not just a number.
